How can the software be configurated to suit my organization's needs?

Your organization may not need all of the features or functionality that we have programmed into our site. With QPAweb your iteration of the site will not be cluttered with features that you don't need. We interact with you, our client, to understand your needs and then we structure our system fulfill your exact requirements. Our modular design allows us to turn on only the features you need.

What is your fee structure?

We charge a one time setup fee and a per-user fee. There are additional fees for integration with legacy databases or existing patient management software, custom additions to your configuration, and support.

What are your setup and initial licensing fees?

Our software has been designed to handle all your testing requirements, from patient exam scheduling to report creation, however, you might want special features that would necessitate additional programming as we prepare the site for your use. Therefore the setup and licensing fee is based on additional time required by us to configure the application to your specific requirements. If you have no custom requirements, there will be no additional fees for custom programming. The standard setup costs cover:

  • Cosmetic changes to the site to comply with your corporate aesthetics, should you wish us to do so
  • Activation or elimination of functions to build your custom configuration
  • Integration with legacy systems, corporate databases, other testing software, as required

What is the per-user fee?

This fee is for unlimited access and and usage for one user account for a period of one year. Per-user fees are determined by the anticipated number of total users. Administration accounts are provided to your management and affiliated stakeholders at no charge.

What if we want more features in the future?

After using the program for a period of time, you may decide your company would benefit from additional features. We can activate previously deactivated functions for a nominal fee or add new custom features on a simply hourly contract basis.

What support do you provide?

Your organization provides support and technical assistance to your employees or associates with user accounts on the site, and we offer unlimited support to your organization's administrators and/or technicians. In most cases we support administration account holders for no charge. The site has been designed to be user-friendly in its layout and functionality. Moreover, the program includes a detailed online help section, complete with animated tutorials. For an additional fee, support of user accounts is available and is calculated based on the number of users.

Do you charge extra for access or hosting?

The per-user fee is all inclusive, with no addition charges.
