Electronic Signatures

You may choose to have your reports automatically signed with a digital scan of your signature. Scanned signatures are uploaded and stored securely in the QPA database. A doctor's unique login allows only the the doctor (as opposed to staff members) to approve a report. When a report is marked as approved, the signature is placed in the report and the report is closed to further editing.
