All patient and case information only needs to be entered once.
QPAweb stores all relevant information pertaining to the claim.
Including a convenient ICD-9 lookup feature which automatically finds
codes for your diagnoses. Separate addresses for the insurance
adjustor and where claims are to be sent. Additional convenient
fields rarely found in other software programs include attorney and
employer information, and patient cell phone and email information.
Once entered, patient and case information is used automatically by
the program as necessary on the test forms and in the creation of the
QPAweb reports.
