Administrators: Initial Training at No Charge
Telephone and/or Web-Conference Training:
Administrators are offered a web-based seminar, tailored to each company’s specific needs, that is scheduled for all new clients upon implementation of the software in their organization. Administrators call a conference line and view the seminar on their web browsers over the internet. This conference which prepares your organization's management or IT technicians to assist users with operating the software will include:
- Instructions for ensuring that all users' workstations conform to QPAweb's system requirements
- Training on administration functions and user account setup
- A detailed walkthrough of the site with demonstrations of data entry and report creation
- A question and answer period
If further training is required to aid in the administrator's support of the site's users, it is available on a contracted hourly basis.
Users: Online Help and Training at No Charge
Online Help:
After logging in to their QPAweb account, users should click the Help
tab first for comprehensive guidelines.
Online Video Tutorials:
Supplementing the comprehensive Help section is a complete
roster of online video tutorials to guide users through every step
of every function on the website. Whether a user needs to learn
a new technique for using the site or needs a refresher on a
feature they’re already using, they’ll be happy to find
full-motion demonstrations when they need them.
Manuals and DVDs:
Printed manuals and/or a searchable DVD on how to perform QPAweb
tests are available, if requested by email, at info@qpaweb.com.
Additional Training for an Added Charge
Administrators and/or users needing further training can receive telephone-based and or web-based conference support at a contracted hourly rate.
