Activity Pain Index

The medical community broadly recognizes subjective self-reporting of pain as the "gold standard" for pain assessment. The API Questionnaire is a tool with which the patient can appropriately and completely report the level of pain experienced by the patient while performing specific activities. Patients’ statements as to frequency and intensity of pain experienced while performing any of 28 activities are recorded, analyzed and tracked over time.  This report functions independently and as a part of the Ready to Work Report.

QPAweb Reports
Physicians can perform our non-invasive tests on their patients and generate outcome assessment reports right from their web browsers. These reports demonstrate medical necessity, chart the effects of treatment over time, aid in diagnosis, help provide appropriate treatment plans, and secure patient satisfaction and compliance.
