Electronic Muscle Strength
|
Objectively measures for muscle weakness and/or atrophy. Electronic
muscle testing may also find the source of un-diagnosed physical
problems. Muscle tests are separated into four test
options: Core Neck and Upper Extremities (5 muscle groups),
Expanded Neck and Upper Extremities (19 muscle groups), Core Trunk
and Lower Extremities (4 muscle groups), and Expanded Trunk and
Lower Extremities (16 muscle groups). Recessive side strength
is compared to dominant side strength. Three readings per
side are required for each muscle group, and the software automatically
averages the values.
